has the ability to embroider outstanding quality that usually allows a longer life span than the garment
itself. Embroidery offers a distinctive appearance and can be embroidered on vast range of clothing and
apparels including towels, bags, banners and even hats and scarves.
SCREEN PRINTING
Screen printing of logo/artwork is produced by directly pressing inks through mesh screens on to each
garments. Each colour of the logo/artwork requires separate mesh screen, therefore a design with multiple
colours will be more costly than a single coloured design.
Screen printings can be done on most garments which includes tees, polos, jackets, bags and aprons.
DIGITAL TRANSFER PRINTING
DANZO does not use traditional vinyl transfer, we invest on the latest printing technology: dye sublimation ink printing CMYK full with white ink base.
It offers excellent colour performance on dark garments, high resolution image print with soft & smooth finishing.
In particular, there are some surfaces not achievable with normal printing methods. This is where digital transfer steps in to accomplish that, such as logo printing on a hat, mug, carpet. These productions are able to deliver excellence outcomes on most types of fabric.
