Pick up & Delivery Guide
√ Most of our stocked products are dispatched within 1-2 working days from receipt of payment.
√ Custom made items will need 1-2weeks production turnaround before we can dispatch or release for pick up.
√ If your order is for a specific event and required delivery or pick up at a particular date, please make sure contact us before you order.
√ Customers are welcome to pick up their orders from our warehouse. Pre-appointment is required for product collection.
√ The invoice# is the only reference # our warehouse is able to recognize and release your item at picking up.
√ Customers will need to provide a written authorization if a third party pick up or receive the good/service on behalf of you.
√ Customers have the full responsibility to confirm the delivery address on the checkout page is correct and it is a business location.
√ Customers will be able to track the delivery online during the entire shipment with a unique tracking number.
√ Delivery is carried out during normal business hours (9am-5pm) on weekdays.
√ Danzo is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after confirmation of the order or mistakes made by customers.
√ Re-delivery fee will be charged on customers for item that is undelivered and/or returned to Danzo due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.
